The Cyber Security Awareness Training Program is a comprehensive online platform designed to empower individuals and medical practices with the knowledge and tools necessary to protect sensitive information from cyber threats.
Through monthly video training modules, members can stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security best practices, emerging threats, and preventive measures.
The platform goes beyond theoretical knowledge by also offering realistic phishing simulations, allowing members to actively identify and respond to simulated phishing attacks.
Additionally, an online business toolkit is provided to assess the cyber health of your practice and assist in creating customised cyber security policies. By combining educational resources, practical simulations, cyber health checks and policy development assistance, the Cyber Security Awareness Training Program equips members with the tools to safeguard data and establish a culture of cyber security awareness.

Program Activities
Monthly Training Videos (30 minutes each)
Each month users will receive via email a 3-5 minute video that is highly engaging and easy to absorb. The content of each lesson covers current cyber topics and concepts that can be immediately implemented to reduce cyber threats. Following each video, a questionnaire is to be completed to test users’ knowledge, as well as links to further readings on the specific topic to ensure a comprehensive understanding and best practices to be aware of regarding the lesson topic.
Cyber Security Health Check (30 minutes)
The Cyber Security Health Check is a set of 50 questions aligned with Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) and designed to provide a quick review of your current cyber risk posture. The result is a clearer picture of your vulnerabilities and areas that you need to improve to strengthen your overall cyber resilience.
Cyber Security Business Toolkit (6 hours)
The Cyber Security Business Toolkit is designed to help organisations establish and develop their very own robust cyber security policies and best practice standards. Guidance is broken into consumable sections so progress can be made over time and example policies and standards are provided/downloadable.
Phishing Simulations (Not an accredited activity)
Phishing simulations are designed to safely replicate real-world attacks to assess and improve your organisation’s defense against social engineering. Through tailored campaigns sent each month, you can track user responses, identify the risky behaviours of people in your organisation and gain actionable insights to boost cyber resilience.
Please note: Phishing Simulations can only be set up for email accounts with a business domain name.
Pricing
To gain access to the Cyber Awareness Training Program, each user is required to sign up for a 12-month subscription to the platform.
Price per user is $50.00 inclusive of GST.
Payments are received by Credit Card through the SecurePay (Australia Post) payment gateway.
Onboarding Process
Once payment has been approved, we will reach out to you directly using the contact details you provided at payment with further details we require to get you up and running on the program as soon as possible. Some of the information we require includes the name(s), email(s) and APHRA Med number of each user who has been signed up for the program.
If your business operates with a business domain name, to correctly set up the Phishing Simulations, additional setup is required to ‘whitelist’ the emails so they are not blocked by security filters.
